Boxford Library Launches Kanopy Streaming and Summer Reading Program
The Boxford Town Library announced two new ways for residents to engage with its digital collection Thursday, adding the Kanopy streaming service to its lineup and launching its annual summer reading program for all ages.

**Library Adds Kanopy, Opens Summer Reading Sign-Ups**
Any Boxford Town Library cardholder can now stream films and documentaries through Kanopy, the on-demand video platform available free through participating public libraries. The service joins Hoopla Digital and Libby on the library's growing roster of no-cost digital resources accessible with a local library card.
Separately, the library's summer reading program is now open for registration — and organizers are quick to note that participation is not just for kids. Adults are encouraged to sign up alongside younger readers. The library is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at 7A Spofford Road. Residents can call 978-887-READ for more information.

**What's On Deck at the Library**
With both Kanopy and summer reading now live, the library is positioned as the town's digital and literary hub heading into July. Residents who haven't yet obtained a library card — required to access Kanopy, Hoopla, and Libby — can sign up through the library's website at boxfordlibrary.org.
Looking further ahead, the town is promoting a Concert on the Lawn at The Holyoke-French House, scheduled for Saturday, July 25, at 3:30 p.m.
