Andover Baseball Association announces key summer dates, including a Fun Fest Parade appearance and All-Star Game, as youth soccer and hockey programs post updates.

ANDOVER -- The Andover Baseball Association (ABA) has laid out a busy summer calendar for players and families. The ABA will march in the Andover Fun Fest Parade on July 11, followed by a Celebration event for T-ball through age-8 players at Sunshine Park on July 12. The All-Star Game for ages 9–12 is scheduled for July 16 at 8 p.m., hosted by Anoka. Registration for travel baseball opens July 1, and players interested in the 2027 Travel Season should mark August 15–16 as mandatory tryout dates — no make-up dates will be offered.

YOUTH LEAGUES

The Andover Soccer Association (ASA) notes that player assessments were held May 30 and June 6 and 13. Registration for 2026 is open, and families are reminded that in-town registration fees for grades K–3 will increase on August 1. ASA's annual golf tournament is set for August 31; details are available at the association's website. ASA serves approximately 1,500 players and 1,200 families, making it one of the largest youth soccer associations in Massachusetts.

The Andover Hockey Association (AHA) lists a full roster of fall and winter programs on its website, including Learn to Skate, Learn to Play, travel and recreational leagues across multiple age divisions. No new registration deadlines or game results were posted for this period.

Andover Youth Lacrosse (AYL) serves boys and girls in grades K–8 as members of the Massachusetts Youth Lacrosse league. No new events were listed for this week.
